Dutch glass

In the last weeks some sessions with glass-like conditions went off in the Netherlands.
Due to the always growing crowds we are currently checking some remote spots - with success.

SW France

With the beginning of the weekend the weather improved drastically and clean sets bombed the sandbars around here.
The contest hype is over and the lineups are quite mellow now.

Hossegor update

With a big low pressure system moving through the Atlantic Ocean towards Ireland big surf with temporarily strong onshore Winds dominated the last days here in Hossegor. The only surfable spots where in the Capbreton area - so the crowds in the line ups are easy to imagine. In spite of the forecasted strong onshores we had some decent surf in the morning hours with low and sometimes even offshore winds.

Laid-back in Hossegor

Clean fun-surf and nice warm weather - to describe the last days here in Hossegor in few words. Every morning we can rely on clean offshore conditions with surf between 2 and 5 feet. Occasionally we meet some ASP pros who are hanging around here waiting for the Mundaka contest beginning soon. Due to the warm weather normally in the afternoon the Onshores kick in - so it's enough time to relax, go shopping, and check out the bars and restaurants. Yesterday was an exception - and we spent the early evening in the water in Anglet in clean conditions.
